Ahead, we share how she tackles her top skin concerns when working out, the one skin care product she can’t possibly live without, what her post-workout skin care routine looks like, and more.How she deals with her top skin concerns when dealing with a busy training schedule and challenging work outs:“Since my schedule consists of working out and training clients at the gym, I do have concerns about my pores getting clogged due to sweat accumulation on my skin’s surface. When I go to the gym, I don’t wear foundation or anything heavy on the skin. I will spot correct with concealer and put on a little mascara, but that’s it.”How she takes care of her skin post-workout:“I will immediately cleanse my face with a makeup removing cleanser, followed by anti-blemish pads, and a daytime moisturizer.”The one skin care product she can’t live without:“Eye cream.”How she takes care of her skin while exercising outside:“I definitely wear sunscreen [on] hikes and [during] outdoor sprints.”On how she keeps her complexion flawless:“I only wear a full face of makeup for certain occasions, like date night with my husband or happy hour with my girlfriends. The rest of the time I let my skin breathe. This helps it stay clean. But, when I do get a blemish, it is large and in charge. I try my best not to pop it.”Her favorite skin care trick: “I love putting a sheet mask in the refrigerator to cool and then apply it to my face. It is so refreshing.”
